At the time personal data is obtained, or at the first contact with the data subject, the Controller provides electronic access to this General Privacy Policy and to the specific privacy notice for the relevant processing or, at the data subject's request, a printed copy.

Data subjects may also request detailed information about the processing of their personal data at the contact details given in point 1, and may submit requests to exercise their rights there.

In addition to the right to information under Article 13 GDPR, data subjects have the rights listed below in relation to the processing. The Controller fulfils requests within one month of receipt at the latest, unless the period is extended due to the complexity or number of requests.

a) Right of access

Under Article 15 GDPR, the data subject may request information and confirmation from the Controller about the conditions and circumstances of the processing of their personal data, in particular:

the purpose and legal basis of the processing of their personal data;

the categories of personal data processed;

the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data;

b) Right to rectification

Under Article 16 GDPR, the data subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified by the Controller without undue delay and to have incomplete personal data completed.

c) Right to erasure

Under Article 17 GDPR, the data subject has the right to request the erasure of their data if they withdraw their consent, the data is processed unlawfully, the Controller is subject to an obligation under Union or Member State law, the purpose of processing has ceased, there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing after an objection, or they object to processing for direct marketing purposes.

Where technically feasible, the Controller will transmit the personal data directly to another controller named in the data subject's request.

The right to data portability does not create an obligation for controllers to adopt or maintain technically compatible processing systems.

If the data subject's right to data portability adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others, in particular their business secrets or intellectual property, the Controller is entitled to refuse the request to the extent necessary.

The rules on the right to data portability do not apply where processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

f) Automated decision-making, profiling

Under Article 22(3) GDPR, where the specific privacy notice states that automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place in the relevant processing, the data subject may request human intervention on the part of the Controller, express their point of view and contest the decision.

Under Article 21 GDPR, the data subject may object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR) or based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
